Experiential fellowship programs in Pharma and research institutes are an effective mechanism to build research capacity. These programs also create an environment of mutual learning for the hosting organisation and the fellow e.g. Pharma gains local healthcare insights directly from front-line researchers, which could translate into locally relevant, improved outcomes for patients.
